المستخلص This research aimed at measuring the impact of the entrepreneurial orientation on the competitive advantage, by applying to the employees of the timber trading company of the holding company for Maritime and land transport.In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire was designed and randomly data has been collected from the employees of the timber trading company of the holding company for Maritime and land transport . The sample size is (1215), and The SPSS was used to analyze the primary data The Results of the Research show that , the direct correlation at the level of 0.01 between the dimensions of the entrepreneurial orientation and the competitive advantage, there is a significant impact of the dimensions of the entrepreneurial orientation on the dimensions of competitive advantage, at the level of 0.05.the researcher has made several recommendations, most notably, the continuous development of the website and work to reach the electronic service to the largest number of employees.Work on the development process, which coincides with the ongoing developments and with the current policies and tools of entrepreneurial orientation.Using the tools of distinctive digital channels and singling out everything new in order to attract employees and introduce them to the features of the electronic service. |
