المستخلص

The current research aimed to examine the impact of intellectual capital in its three dimensions (human capital, structural capital, relational capital) on the creative performance of the employees of Mansoura University, and the research relied on the survey in order to collect primary data from employees, and the number of the correct lists reached 200, and the data was analyzed statistically by using the structural equation model through the Warp PLS 8 program, the results of the statistical analysis indicated that there is a direct positive significant impact of the human capital dimension on the creative performance of the employee, where the value of the path coefficient was 0.205, which is statistically significant at the level of significance 0.001, and also there was a direct positive significant effect of the structural capital dimension on the creative performance of the employee, as the value of the track coefficient was 0.245, which is statistically significant at the level of significance <0.001, as well as the presence of a direct positive significant effect of the relational capital dimension on the creative performance of the employee, where the value of the track coefficient was 0.306, which is statistically significant at the level of significance <0.001, and the results of the statistical analysis showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the employees’ perception of the research variables (intellectual capital / creative performance) according to the demographic variables of these employees.
