المستخلص Search objective - Determining the effect of the morphofunctional potentials of the lower extremity joints on the static and kinetic balance among athletes - Determining the effect of the morphofunctional potentials of the lower extremity joints on the rates of exposure to repeated injuries among athletes Research hypotheses - There is an effect of the morphofunctional potentials of the lower extremity joints on the static and kinetic balance among athletes - There is an effect of the morphofunctional potential of the lower extremity joints on the rates of exposure to recurrent injuries among athletes Research Methodology The researcher used the survey method due to its suitability to the nature of the research. The research sample The total research sample included (55) players who were chosen by the intentional method. Conclusions - There is a strong correlation between the morphofunctional variables of the lower extremity joints and the static and kinetic balance - The muscular strength component of the muscles working on the hip, knee and ankle joints is highly effective in the rate of sports injuries - There is an effect of the range of motion of the lower extremity joints on the static and kinetic balance and the incidence of sports injuries for athletes Recommendations - Using preventive programs to develop muscle strength, range of motion and balance to avoid exposure to various sports injuries - Interest in studies that deal with morphological and anatomical relationships and their relationship to kinetic aspects, balance, and the rate of spread of injuries. |
