Abstract , with technology barriers dissolved and big-data made useful, the stage is set to revisit the way supply chains perform. This impacts frameworks and bestpractices use to sustain business performance and continuously improve supply chains. It is challenging, but essential to achieve a preset goals, monitor and improve performance through innovative tools, frameworks and best practices. The thesis proposes an approach for supply chain continuous optimization using Lean-Six-Sigma’s DMAIC principles convergence to The Open group Architecture Forum TOGAF and its Architecture Development Method (ADM). These two powerful tools used in different planning levels to improve supply chains. Lean Six Sigma focuses on eliminating waste and improving efficiency, and TOGAF-ADM as an enterprise architecture framework used to plan, implement changes and capture opportunities. The methodology discusses: • The theoretical aspects of SCOR, LSS and TOGAF-ADM foundations and mappings. • Identification of convergence requirements, methods, cross features and technologies. • Limitations, risks, success factors, approaches and future research directions.• The case studies’ and results. At first, the thesis provides an overview of Lean Six Sigma and TOGAF-ADM, then,it discusses how they can work together to improve services’ supply chain. LSS to improve processes at operational level with an interrelations between entities and stakeholders, and ADM to digitize and iteratively drive outcomes toward optimism and sustainability using reference architectures and customized systems to SCOR and DMAIC requirements. The model used supply chains operations reference SCOR, strategic dimensions and measures to update long-term objectives. A manual crossfeatures and requirements mapping gave a combined system tools that control and automate optimization through an edge information and communications technologies. Architectures and aspects gained within strategy pillars and deployed in case studies; a selected organization services improvement, and a capacity building staffing function.An Enterprise Architect application used to depict functions in a sequence, activity, Use Case, Component and UML diagrams. Analysis and brainstorming model suitability,applicability, resiliency to challenges discussed in experience enrichment mode. Future work suggested with conclusions and further research recommendations.Selected Architect figures and functions’ runs show how data flow impacts model utility and attributes, processes, storage and data access. Model metrics, scope and frameworks set to shine outcomes. Technology potential, based on Service Bus (SB),Data Center (DC), cloud common/shared applications and internet accessible datasources, analyzed and an infrastructure development case study had achieved a (39 %) improvement in infrastructure and a 1.57 to 2.70 improve out of overall (5.0) organization-scale scored, plus a considerable knowledge transfer. Thesis findings suggest that, Lean Six Sigma and TOGAF-ADM are useful together to achieve a significant improvements in supply chain performance, provide a roadmap for businesses looking to systemize, continuously optimize supply chains, save efforts, resources and time, based on; successful leadership, skilled teams, and optimum infrastructures. The scientifically classified as conceptual and descriptive model examined in rationality and justified on theoretical basis and achieved a massive improve. The thesis opens the field to further research of the mentioned topics and promises to enrich the field with more productive tools and frameworks.
