المستخلص The main objective of this research was to determine the extent of the impact of leadership skills on the level of employee productivity, in addition to revealing the differences between the opinions of the research sample about the two research variables, which may be attributed to demographic variables (gender, educational qualification, and years of experience), by applying it to a sample of 291 Employees of the Egyptian Fertilizer Production Company MOPCO, and the results showed a significant effect of all leadership skills on the level of employee productivity, at a significance level of 0.01. It was also shown that there are no significant differences between the opinions of the study sample about the two research variables due to differences in demographic variables.The research recommendations in the field of technical leadership skills included the need to provide training programs for workers that give them the skills necessary to perform their tasks, work to attract technical personnel with experience from different organizations, and encourage continuous follow-up of developments in the fertilizer industry. In the field of intellectual leadership skills, the researcher recommended encouraging workers to perform their work in innovative ways that open room for creativity, encouraging workers to follow scientific periodicals related to the fertilizer industry and learn about environmental and technological influences, and developing mechanisms to discover, develop and benefit from talent.On the organizational leadership skills side, the recommendations included the necessity of clarifying the objectives of the development process and encouraging employees to participate in decision-making.Regarding human leadership skills, the research recommended winning friendships among employees, bringing viewpoints closer together, highlighting the importance of the jobs performed by employees, and praising their efforts. |
