المستخلص The study aimed to determine the effect of mediating innovative thinking on the relationship between job satisfaction and quality of service, by applying it to employees in the General Office of Dakahlia Governorate. In determining the study items, the researcher relied on a simple random sampling method for workers in the General Office of Dakahlia Governorate, where the size of the population reached (980) individuals. The study sample size was (277) individuals, with a response rate of 71.7%. The researcher used a questionnaire prepared for the purpose of collecting data on the variables of the study, which represent job satisfaction (as an independent variable), innovative thinking (as a mediating variable), and service quality (as a dependent variable). The researcher used the Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient to calculate the reliability and validity coefficient, and it was adopted The researcher used a set of appropriate statistical methods (Spss25, Amos25,..........) to verify the validity of the study hypotheses. The results resulted in: the presence of a significant correlation between the dimensions of the study variables. It also concluded that there was a significant effect of innovative thinking as a mediating variable in the relationship between job satisfaction and quality of service, and the presence of a statistically significant difference in the perception of employees in the General Office of Dakahlia Governorate of the study variables (innovative thinking and satisfaction).
