Abstract from the results obtained from this study it showed that prevalence of mould contamination in Home rearing chicken broiler liver are heavily and composed of different toxigenic mould species which reflect the quality of the ration offered to the chickens. Meanwhile it’s noticed that in Commercial chicken broiler livers was less contaminated with mould species. Mycotoxins in general and Aflatoxins in particular were higher in the livers of broiler chickens reared at Home than those reared at farms. Chicken broiler livers are the main organs for attacking these toxins, which has a cumulative characters, and therefore it constitute one of the serious problems, as they are often not broken by the heat of cooking. |
