Abstract Phosphorus, sulpher and heterocyclic nuclei have a real significant role in medicinal chemistry, so our inspirations headed and focused on α-aminophosphonates and dirhiocarbamate and heterocyclic nuclei (triazine and phthalazine). According to this thesis work, synthesis and biological evaluation of new dithiocarbamate derivatives and new α-aminophosphonate conjugates containing heterocyclic nucleus is dealt with. We started our thesis in the first chapter with introduction about the synthesis, properties and applications of α-aminophosphonates as the major subject for this thesis, dithiocarbamates and heterocyclic nuclei (triazine and phthalazine). We also discuss the synthesis of new dithiocarbamate derivatives, triazine derivatives, phthalazine derivatives and their all α-aminophosphonate conjugates in the second chapter, then we also affirm these synthesized compounds with characterization by different spectroscopic analysis and also test their biological properties against gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria and fungi infections. The details of the general experimental procedures and spectroscopic analysis data of all >synthesized compounds are described in this thesis. |
