المستخلص The study aimed to reveal the extent to which the European model of institutional excellence version 2020 is applied to the group of Tabarak private schools in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of some international experiences, the researcher has divided the European model of institutional excellence into seven dimensions represented by: The study was based on the comprehensive inventory method instead of the sample Method due to the small size of the study community, the researcher distributed (250) survey lists to the employees of the Tabarak private group, the number of survey lists reached (250) survey forms (100%), and they were subjected to statistical analysis. The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that the European model of institutional excellence is a dynamic one by its nature, which confirms that the Tabarak private schools group needs-in order to achieve sustainable development-strong leadership, clear strategic direction, improving human resources, partnerships and operations and developing them in order to provide valuable educational services. The application of the European model of Excellence also contributes to reconciling the administrative and human aspects of the Tabarak private schools group, from a technological perspective, as well as promoting the adoption of new business models in order to create value for both the Tabarak private schools group and its customers represented by students, this value emphasizes providing outstanding and lasting performance while preparing and preparing for future transformations; in addition, it brings a strategic and unbiased perspective from a technological point of view. |
