المستخلص

The use of digital technology in various business sectors is no longer a luxury or an added feature that distinguishes some companies or global organizations. Instead، it has become a fundamental necessity relied upon by all business organizations and vocational training sectors. Digital transformation has become the language of the era، evolving into a fundamental requirement in the modern age dominated by rapid development. This has necessitated modern strategies and mechanisms to manage and control information، extracting maximum benefit from it. To achieve digital transformation in a way that aligns with its objectives، all elements within organizations and entities must collaborate، understanding the concept of digital transformation and recognizing its dimensions and goals. Digital transformation is only achieved when the organization as a whole understands its importance، embraces its culture and elements، and acknowledges its goals. The mental image and its enhancement vary depending on the sector and field of work، relying on a set of characteristics possessed by the organization and resulting from its experts، making it superior to its competitors، whether in operational processes، resources، prices، or even the human factor. The researcher aims to understand the enhancement of the mental image in gas companies by addressing various dimensions and variables، such as cost change، quality، flexibility in service performance، speed، and creativity in service delivery. There is a close correlation between digital transformation and enhancing the mental image of services in the gas sector، especially in Mansoura (the study area). This is evident through the results that benefit all relevant parties to the organization، including customers، employees، and the organization. The goal of digital transformation is to reach modern management concepts and methods that can enhance the mental image. This study sheds light on digital transformation and its impact on the mental image of services from the perspective of customer service officials in the natural gas sector in Mansoura. It explores some variables that can enhance the mental image of services in the studied organizations. The mental image plays a crucial role in shaping opinions، making decisions، and influencing individuals’ behavior toward different groups and sectors. It reflects reality and conveys information about it to the human mind، which does not directly face reality but encounters it indirectly based on description.
