Abstract There was a weak but non-significant positive association between elevated blood miRNA 33a levels and steatosis and fibrosis, according to the study. In terms of miRNA 33a levels, the steatosis group differs significantly from the control group. Our suggestion is grounded in what we have discovered: The association between miRNA 33a and fibrosis and steatosis in the liver was examined in a large-scale investigation. Not much data given. We recommend further research to determine which miRNAs in circulation are unique indicators of organ failure in NAFLD and its progression. One potential clinical use of miRNA biomarkers for NAFLD diagnosis is the identification of individuals at risk for disease progression and the determination of disease stage. |
