Abstract This study was conducted in two experiments on one sandy soil of Egypt (30°22’11.0” N, 30° 47’ 41.0” E). The first was carried as a pots experiment at greenhouse experiment, Soil Science Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Menoufia University, Shebin El-Kom, Egypt and the second was carried out as a field experiment at Alkhatatba Village, El Sadat City, Menoufia Governorate, Egypt to study the infulance of conventional (CMFs) and nano mineral fertilizers (NMFs) applied in soil-foliar method and pre-treatment (soaking treatment) of sugar beet seeds using a mixture of micronutrients in nano form on: 1- Chemical properties of sandy soil as well as its content of available macro and micronutrients. 2- Growth, yield and quality traits of sugar beet (Beta vulgaris L.vc.BTS- 654) as well as its content of macro and micronutrients. Treatment in this study are listed as followed: 1- T1: Control 100% RDs (recommended doses) of N, P, K, Fe, Zn, Mn and Cu mineral fertilizers). These RDs as defined by Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation. 2- T2: Nano macronutrients + Nano micronutrients (NNPK+NMN) which carried out at 50 % of recommended dose. 3- T3: Nano potassium (NK) which applied potassium sulphate at a rate of 50% of its RDs (25 kg fed-1) 4- T4: Nano micronutrients (NM) Mixtures of micronutrients containing of Fe, Zn, Mn and Cu. This solution was added at application rate of 50 % of its recommended dose. 5- T5: Nano potassium + Nano micronutrients (NK+NMN) as described with the treatments number 3 and 4. |
