Abstract Premature ovarian failure (POF) is a common condition and stands for cessation of the ovarian function in women before the age of 40 years. Amenorrhea is the common feature of premature ovarian failure. The aim of this work was to study the potential protective role of vitamin E and / or melatonin on the ovarian structure in ovarian failure induced by cyclophosphamide in adult female black mice. The present study was carried out on thirty six adult female black mice. The mice were divided into 5 groups 6 mice each except the control group was 12 mice in two subgroups a and b. |
