المستخلص The study aimed to identify the differences between intellectual education teachers due to gender differences (males-females) on the scales of psychological empowerment and quality of professional life, and to identify the effectiveness of a Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Counseling Program in developing psychological empowerment and quality of professional life among a sample of intellectual education teachers, and the continuity of its effectiveness after the follow-up period for two months. The study used the Psychological Empowerment Scale/prepared by the researcher, the Quality of Professional Life Scale prepared by/ Easton and Van Laar (2018), translated by the researcher, and a Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Counseling Program consisting of 24 guidance sessions prepared by/ the researcher. The basic study sample consisted of 80 male and female teachers, whose ages ranged between 34-52 years, and the semi-experimental study sample consisted of 12 female teachers, who were divided into two groups; There were 6 teachers in the counseling group and 6 teachers in the control group. The results of the study indicated that there were differences between males and females on the psychological empowerment scale and the quality of professional life scale in the direction of males, and the effectiveness of the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Counseling Program in developing psychological empowerment and quality of professional life among a sample of intellectual education teachers, and the continuity of its effectiveness during the follow-up period two months after implementing the program Keywords: Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Counseling- Psychological Empowerment- Quality of Professional Life- Teachers of Intellectual Education. |
