The current study aims to develop the e-management competencies of secondary school principals in the Bani obeid , district , with the goal of achieving the objectives of school management . To achive this goal , descriptive approach was adopted and a questionnaire was distributed to all principals and assistant principals in secondary school in Bani obeid district in Irbid governorate , Jordan totaling (56) principals and assistant principals . The study ford that the reality of e-management competencies among secondary school principals in the Bani obeid district achieved a high level with an over all average of 4.03 and a standard deviation of 0.41 . electronica communication with the local community ranked second in term of importance
