Abstract
In this thesis, the development of miniaturized techniques for sample preparation was undertaken to address the restrictions that existed in traditional tchniques. One of the most attractive technique for sample preparation is sugaring out assisted liquid-liquid extraction owing to low retrieval volume, having the ability to extract analytes with wide polarity range. Sugaring out assisted liquid-liquid micro extraction was used to determine nirmatrelvir and ritonavir in human plasma.
