Abstract
Title: Fetal Surgery: Past, Present and New. Aim of the Work: High lighting on the recent advances in fetal surgery. The Review: fetal surgery is the surgery on the fetal during its fetal period fetal surgery is divided into two main categories (oper fetal surgery fetal endoscpic surgery). Some indications of fetal surgery: (congenital diaphragmatic hernia, congenital cystic lung bastions, congenital heart disease, obstructive uropathy, hydrocephalus). Complications of fetal surgery: (Preterm lubor, premature rupture of the membranes, sever bleeding). Condusion: we should introduce fetal surgery in Egypt because of its benefits the fetuses with congenital anomalies.
