Abstract
The camel erythrocytes are unique in properties. The erythrocytes of camel are oval in shape, anucleated and smaller than the human erythrocytes.The camel’s ability to tolerate dehydration is extraordinary. The present study is undertaken to investigate some aspects of the stability of the camel erythrocytes, using three sulphydryl-modifying reagents.
