Abstract

The study is designed to show the relation between preoperative lung condition and post operat- ive chest complications.
20 patients suffering from carcinoma of the urinary bladder and subjected to the operation of radical cystectomy represent the study.
Post operative pulmonary complications developed in nine patients, three of them were free preoperatively as regard clinical and radiological examination.
