Abstract
Urinary bladder carcinoma is the faremost oncologic problem in Egypt, because of its high frequency and the late presentation of cases.It also occurs in high Frequency in some part of Africa and the Middle East. It usually affects farmers who suffer from repeated and sever chronic schis - tosomal cystitis.
