Abstract Antipyrine (phenazone) and its derivatives possess a wide variety of potentially useful application including biological, clinical and pharmacological areas. The most important derivatives of antipyrine are Nitroso antipyrine, 4-amino antipyrine (4AAP), Aminopyrine, Dipyrone (Novalgin) which are used as analgesic, reduce pains and high temperature of body . Furthermore, a synthetic intermediate to prepare polyfunctionally substituted heterocyclic Compounds So, The Aim was focused to prepare different heterocyclic structures of biological importance containing 4- aminoantipyrine moiety.
