Abstract
Experiments were planned to study the protective effect of soybean flour against hepatocarcinogenesis. Experimental model has been designed as follows using male Swiss albino rats, each of which about 50 gms. at the begining of the experiment:- 1)Control untreated rats. 2)Rats given unheated soybean in the diet. 3)Rats given a hepatocarcinogen para-dimethyl amino azo - benzene (DAB)0.06 per cent in the diet. 4)Rats given unheated sobean and DAB in the diet. 5)Rats given heated soybean in the diet. 6) Rats given heated soybean and DAB in the diet.
