Abstract
The comparative ultrastructural study of the spermiogenesis of Chamaeleo africanus, Scincus scincus, Tarentola annularis and Coluder florulentus were accounted. Spermiogenesis and mature spermatozoa were describ, including acrosome, subacrosomal nuclear cap, nuclear changes, and flagellum. The four species studied follow the generally accepted scheme of reptilian sperm cells differentiation in many characters.
