Abstract In glasses of the system Na2O-B2O3-SiO2 interesting structural variations are assumed to occur on tempering. These structural variations are referred mainly to what so called ”boron anomaly”, the phenomenon which affects the properties of all glasses containing boron. This investigation was carried out to study the dependence of the electrical conductivity on the composition and consequently on the structure of glass. |
