Abstract It aimed to investigate the effects of srtain, feeding treatment and storage period on meat quality traits of carcasses og gimmizah and el-salam strains at 12 weeks of age. The birds were fed either as ad-libitum or restricted as skip-a-day during their growing oeriod from 4 to 12 weeks of age. Carcasses were stored at 4ْْْْْْc for 0.3 and 6 days or at-18ْc for 60 and 120 days. |
