Abstract Infectious agents (Bacteria ,viruses, and parasites) can impair various important human functions including reproduction, and are able to interfere with the reproductive function in both sexes. Uterine infections leading to synechae, are less common than tubal occlusion resulting from salpingitis. Adhesions caused by pelvic inflammatory disease (PID).seem to affect the functional status of tubes more harshly than that of the uterus Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) is caused by micro organisms colonizing in the endocervix, ascending to the endometrium and fallopian tubes. PID is a clinical diagnosis implying that the patient has upper genital tract infection and inflammation. The inflammation may be present at any point along the upper genital tract that includes endometritis, salpingitis and peritonitis. In this report we tried to identify the effect of variable organisms on infertility, through variable studies which tried to identify this relation. |
